Principal of Just Conveyancing Sydney
Rosaline Virtue is the owner and director of Just Conveyancing Property Conveyancers. Ros has had over 30 years experience in the legal field. Just Conveyancing was established in 1997 as one of the first licensed conveyancing firms in the North Sydney area.
Ros started as a legal secretary in the 1970s and progressed to a paralegal. She commenced her own legal searching business in 1981 which she ran until the 1990s. Shortly after, Ros sold the business to become involved in the family real estate valuation business. In 1994, Ros became a real estate valuer and is still a registered valuer. She holds a Real Estate Diploma and has completed the Real Estate and Strata Management Course. After completing qualifications in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University, Ros became a licence property conveyancer in 1997. Not long after, Ros established one of the first licensed conveyancing firms in the North Sydney area, Just Conveyancing Property Conveyancers.
The firm is licensed under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 1995 and carries professional indemnity insurance. All our Sydney conveyancers are certified practicing property conveyancers and are members of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
