Merisa has experience in a wide range of property and commercial transactions acting for small, medium and large property developers, private clients and high net worth individuals. Her experience also includes acting for landlords and tenants in leasing matters such as subleases and assignment of leases, including retail, commercial and industrial.
Merisa has assisted clients with all types of property transactions including site acquisitions and disposals, Off-the-Plan Master Contracts for Sale, Contracts for Sale, Put and Call Options, Deeds of Nomination, Deeds of Assignment, Joint ventures, Strata Schemes and By-Laws, Easements, Restrictions and Positive Covenants.
In addition to Merisa’s experience above, she is also skilled in advising and assisting clients on the sales and purchase of businesses and franchises and Self-Managed Super Funds.
Merisa strives to have all matters finalised as quickly and cost effectively as possible, navigating the difficulties developers face so that the project can move forward to successful completion. Merisa does not find any matter too difficult and is able to carefully complete any transaction in a smooth and efficient manner.
Merisa is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a former member of the NSW Law Society Property Law Committee.
